We’re Aileen and Bryan. After years of sharing our frustration about the lack of climate action in the fashion industry, the harmful amount of waste that fast fashion creates, and the people and animals harmed in the process, we wondered if there was a way we could help people find cleaner options. Curated Kindly is a directory and a blog highlighting brands that prioritize people and planet over profit. We’re doing the research for you, and you can trust us to provide you with sustainable alternatives that you can feel good about supporting. While we may receive a commission on some items purchased via links on our site, everything is independently curated and approved by us. Bryan had worked in biotechnology until he switched careers to software engineering 2017. Bryan has a passion for protecting human health, pets, natural environments, and climate change.
